How the Commission Actually Works

bidding on Megapari trademarks or near-identical keywords in any search engine;
cookie stuffing, including injected tags and scripts;
paying or otherwise rewarding people to register or deposit, unless Megapari has agreed to it in writing;
motivated traffic more generally, which the agreement describes at some length: accounts that deposit the minimum and stake below it, or one large player carrying a crowd of empty ones.

Advertising Rules You Are Signing Up To

Gambling advertising is regulated, and the agreement puts the responsibility on you rather than on Megapari.

You must be 18 or over to join, and your promotion must not reach anyone under 18.
Advertising has to comply with the law wherever it is placed, not wherever you are.
Creatives you make yourself go to a programme representative for approval before they run.
